Finding my way through the Space

PJ/KL/SJ, the place with traffic jams, the place where people will cut your cue/line, the place where life is moving so fast, the place I called my home. Its good to be back with my family,friends and church. I am better now, I can pick my self up better.

Whatever happens, bad mistake, has happened, can't change anything, can only change the future, I have choices and I will definitely choose to pick my self up again and again and again if I have to.

Diet, I'm discourage people from diet-ing, its bad and you will get fatter. Let me give an illustrations, you are cooking meat (fat) and if you don't eat anything, you fire to cook the meat will be tiny and obviously the meat won't be cook but eating too much also will cause the fire to be big and thus overcooked the meat( give you body cramp). You will want the best fire so that the meat you cook will give you the best flavour, not too chewy, not too raw but just right that it will melt in your mouth or in this case burn the fat. People don't realise this but when exercising till you fell a pain, you should stop!!!!! As in stop what you're doing and go home and rest!!!!

The pain means your muscle is too tense and because of the pain, you will have to rest and recover thus losing the chance of exercising the next day and so on. Burning fat and building muscle is depending on how much you can do in a month not in a day.

Let say one day you do 100 push-ups on monday and its too painful to exercise the rest of the week, so you take the week off, so that's 100 puch-ups in a week and in month is 400 puch-ups.
But what if you do 30 puch-up a day, a week will be 210 puch-ups and in a month would be 800 puch-ups, that id double of what you can do. And you will actually build muscle where as doing it once a week does not build much muscle cause in that one week your muscle will turn back into fat thus making you even fatter.

So, if you want to go gym, half an hour a day is good enough, a week will be 3 and a half hour compare to just 2 hours on a day and take the rest of the week off.

Went to Genting with Lev, Jim and Jeff, had fun with the guys, yea man!!!! Eat like nobodies business, we went for buffet, that was ok. Din fo for theme park, lousy whether. Lev, Jim and Jeff went into the casino but I din cause I was wearing 3 quarters Jean, hahaha.
